Non-Refundable Deposit Explanation:

Because Monts's Mi-kis fulfills puppy purchase requests on a waiting list basis, we will only request a deposit once a litter has been whelped.  We will then contact you with details of the available puppies that match your selection criteria and offer you the opportunity to specify your puppy of choice and make a purchase commitment.  We will honor commitments on a first-come-first-served basis.  (First-come-first-served is defined as the order in which we receive a commitment transaction based on your statement of commitment combined with receipt of the deposit amount.)  PayPal is accepted for deposit payments to facilitate this process for you.

If, you change your mind after the deposit is received, your deposit will be forfeited.  If the puppy you select develops a health problem or expires prior to delivery, your deposit will be returned.
